Breeding can be a sad thing to do and the week starting 11.05.09 I learnt with the loss of my wonderful girl Ellissa and her babies. She will be very badly missed.
I was asked once how I manage to let these kittens go when it is time for them to leave us. My reply was that it is nice to share the joy with other people that I have with my cats. You do as a breeder have very sad times but they are out weighed by the good ones. The joy of having the babies crashing through the house is great and when they leave it's always a little sad but you know that they will be loved to bits and will bring a lot of joy to the families they live with.
